The location of this B&B is fantastic, situated right next to a bustling street market where you can find a wide variety of local hand-made products that make perfect souvenirs. It is also conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. Plus, it's just a short walk from the train station, which is great for travelers.
It's worth mentioning that the communication and service at this B&B could use improvement, as a few guests experienced difficulties in reaching the staff and obtaining information during their stay.

The staff made us feel at home. Perfect location for walking to museums, attractions, and the leather market. Beautifully designed and clean room. Good restaurant with great staff. Excellent bar and restaurant next door. Quiet and odor-free. Convenient for visiting the main attractions, but some noise at night due to pedestrians and nearby bars/restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy, making for a comfortable sleep. The location was perfect, being really close to the center and near to all the tourist attractions. It felt safe walking around this city, even at night. The hotel facilities were great, with the added bonus of a 20% discount at the restaurant downstairs. The food there was delicious, especially the Fiorentina steak. The staff were helpful and accommodating, great to leave our bags after check-out. this hotel offered great value for money and provided a pleasant experience.

The hotel is excellent value for money with affordable prices. The location is unbeatable, just a 5 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the rooms are well-designed with a mezzanine for the kids. The breakfast included at a local bakery is a great touch, especially for a diabetic like myself.
No significant issues, everything was fine.
